Clause 1.

The following shall be repealed;

(1) Ministerial Regulation no. 3 (B.E. 2527) issued under Working of Aliens Act, B.E. 2521.

(2) Ministerial Regulation Prescribe Work Permit Fees on Burmese, Laos and Cambodian B.E. 2544.

Clause 2.

Work permit fees for an alien who performs work as labor or house worker shall be collected as following rates;

(1) Permit
     (a) Not longer than three months 450 Baht each
     (b) Longer than three months but does not exceed six months   
          900 Baht each
     (c) Longer than six months but does not exceed one year 1,800
          Baht each

(2) Renewal of a permit 
     (a) Renewal of not longer than three months 450 Baht each
     (b) Renewal of longer than three months but does not exceed six 
          months 900 Baht each
     (d) Renewal of longer than six months but does not exceed one 
          year 1,800 Baht each

(3) Substitute of a permit 150 Baht each

(4) Permission to change work 150 Baht each

(5) Permission to change locality or place of work 150 Baht each

Clause 3.

Any work permit fees for an alien who performs other work than specified in clause 2 shall be collected as following rates;

(1) Permit
     (a) Not longer than three months 750 Baht each
     (b) Longer than three months but does not exceed six months
          1,500 Baht each
     (c) Longer than six months but does not exceed one year 3,000
          Baht each
     (d) For a work permit which is longer than one year, the fee will 
          be increased for the period exceeding one year at the rate 
          show in items (a), (b) and (c) above.

(2) Renewal of a permit or extension there of 
     (a) Renewal or extension of not longer than three months 750
          Baht each
     (b) Renewal or extension of longer than three months but does
          not exceed six months 1,500 Baht each
     (c) Renewal or extension of longer than six months but does not
          exceed one year 3,000 Baht each
     (d) For renewal or extension of a work permit which is longer
          than one year, the fee will be increased for the period
          exceeding one year at the rate show in items (a), (b) and
          (c) above.

(3) Substitute of a permit 150 Baht each

(4) Permission to change work 150 Baht each

(5) Permission to change locality or place of work 150 Baht each
